We offer a 14-day exchange policy for daily household products and health care items purchased from our store. 


If you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange within 14 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt.
 
To request an exchange, please contact us via customer communication or WhatsApp. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.


Please refer to the product description or accompanying labels for the specific expiration dates of individual items.


Once an order is submitted, modifications cannot be made. Please ensure that all details are accurate.


We are not responsible for any undeliverable or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
